Tidal Wave Auto Spa | Car Wash

Absolutely love this place. The employees are kind and knowledgeable. The carwash and vacuum area does an amazing job cleaning. Shout out to Jason for helping us. Due to unforeseen circumstances with a power outage, I was unable to finish my wash. I came back two days later to get another wash in that one’s place. He not only remembered me, but he made the experience easy and was extremely kind. Highly recommend this facility!

They only want to wash cars that are very clean. I ran through a mud puddle a couple days before and was told my truck was too muddy for their car wash. I normally have used Tidal Wave in the past but not any more. I've had monthly membership in the past and rarely used it. They've made enough money off of me to wash that little bit of mud off.

It used to be the best car wash in Dothan, recently 4/30/26 the vacuums have been really bad, their air compressor guns don't work, the guys pre washing your car don't do a good job anymore , most of the employees act like you are an inconvenience when you ask them to wash your mats or pressure wash the front of the car. I really wish management would do better and hold them accountable especially that they went up on prices. I really wish I could take over for one week to bring this car wash back to the way it was !

I thought I would try this car was out ,I usually use Iwash Express Dothan they are awesome. I figured this one would be just as good. it definitely is not. I spent 45 minutes, scrubbing the bugs off the front of my car bugs off my windshield and I got the $30 wash was not good at all. I can say one thing the vacuums were good and I got cloth and Windex to be able to scrub all the bugs off the front of my car in my front windshield, but I had to spend 45 minutes doing it so the car wash did not get the bugs off the front of my car in my windshield.

So after 2 yrs of being a member I was told my same truck that I have had can no longer go thru. Same wheels same tires. Guy basically called me a liar when I said it has been thru one time a week for 2 yrs. Said well I have been here the whole time I never saw so no way it has been. The other guy said I am the one who preps it its comes in every week. So then u have changed the tires and suspension so u done that this week. No. Same 6 inch lift same 33 in tires well we cant do the truck anymore.. wow
